Resources are consumable. Spend them and they're gone. Build enough of the colors your deck actually needs.
Win your way. Standard testing supports reaching the target Clout, knocking the opponent to 0, or either condition.
Deploy Characters into slots. Ready Characters can attack Characters or Clout. Lore Logic is enabled by default.
The playtester records match length, actions, conflicts and rules settings so we can compare experiments instead of balancing by vibes.

AI vs AI BALANCE LAB
Run the real rules engine headlessly with randomized auto-built decks. This is a smoke detector, not an oracle: it flags suspicious win-rate correlations and stalled games for human review.

HOW TO COMMIT GAMEPLAY
Goal: depending on match settings, reach the target Clout, knock the opponent to 0 Clout, or do either first.
Turn flow: Ready → Draw → Resource/Main → Conflict → Main → End. The playtester exposes only legal actions, so clickable cards are things you can currently do.
Resources: they are consumable cards, not permanent mana. Click a Resource in hand to cash it into your temporary pool, then spend that pool to play cards.
Characters: deploy into open slots. Newly deployed Characters normally wait until a later turn to attack. Attack enemy Characters or, when allowed, attack Clout directly.
Receipts: start hidden. Investigate them to turn allegations into usable Evidence. Reactions: hostile effects can open a reaction window; ON U can redirect supported effects.
Lore Logic: obvious cultural relationships can override raw numbers. If Garlic Bread humiliates a Vampire, that is not a bug. It is jurisprudence.
Tips: leave Turn Tips ON while learning. It lists every kind of move currently available and marks a recommended move. Turn it off once you are sufficiently dangerous.
